Binghamton University's Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC Athlete of the Week is volleyball player Allison Hovie. The sophomore outside hitter led the Bearcats to a 2-0 week with a pair of hard fought victories over Cornell and Albany. In Hovie's first action since Sept. 9 she tallied 13 kills in just three sets against the Big Red before tying a career-high with 19 kills against the Great Danes in a five-set thriller. Hovie's 4.00 kills and 3.12 digs per set helped Binghamton snap a seven-match losing streak and start America East play 1-0.
