Freshman basketball guard Sam Sessoms averaged 21.0 points in a pair of games during the week and is BU's Athlete of the Week for Dec. 3-9. He has scored in double figures in all 10 games to start his collegiate career and also won America East Rookie of the Week honors for the third time this season. He ranks fourth in the conference in scoring and ranks eighth in the entire country in freshman scoring (18.5 ppg.).
