Lou DePrez is the Miller Auto Team Student Athlete of the Week.

DePrez sailed through his matchups, and reached the final for the 184-pound weight class at the Jonathan Kaloust Bearcats Open. He was met there by the No. 2 nationally ranked wrestler from Cornell, Ben Darmstadt and after falling behind 2-0 in the finale, DePrez dominated the remainder of the bout and went on to win 7-2. 

He has now improved his individual national ranking to No. 2 (FloWrestling), as he and the team travel to to South Dakota State this weekend for a dual with the Jackrabbits before continuing with the Daktronics Open Sunday.
