Cassella had the highest finish of his career at the EIWA Championships when he placed third at the tournament over the weekend. He went 4-1 over the course of two days to make it on the podium. By finishing in the top five, Cassella also earned an automatic bid to this year’s NCAA Wrestling Championships. It is the third time in his career that he has qualified for nationals.
