Sophomore women's soccer keeper Rebecca Kessler was the hero in Binghamton's quarterfinal advancement over Vermont. She stopped four of six penalty shots and the Bearcats won the shootout in the sudden death round, 3-2. Kessler was inserted just for the shootout and responded by saving three straight shots and added a fourth stop with a diving lunge to set up Binghamton's game-winning kick.
