Baer won all of three of his matches to take first place in his group at the Journeymen Collegiate Classic Sunday. Two of Baer's victories came against nationally-ranked opponents, as he defeated No. 26 Nick Fine of Columbia and No. 28 Derek Gilcher of Indiana.
