Imani Watkins of the women’s basketball team has been named the Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC Athlete of the Week for January 18-24. The sophomore averaged 19.5 points in leading Binghamton to a 2-1 record last week. She scored 23 points, including the game-winning three pointer at Vermont last Thursday. She then followed up with a game-high 27 points in the Bearcats' overtime win at UMass Lowell on Sunday. For the season, Watkins ranks third in the America East with 17.2 points per game.
