Senior baseball pitcher Mike Bunal is the Wells Fargo LLC Athlete of the Week. Bunal tossed a complete game four hitter to lead the Bearcats to an 8-1 win over Maine. Binghamton would go on to sweep a three game series from the host Black Bears. Bunal struck out 10 hitters for the second straight game, equaling his career high. He ran his consecutive scoreless inning streak to 11 before allowing a run in the final inning. Bunal ranks third in the nation in complete games, and has allowed just one earned run, with 20 strikeouts in his last 15 innings pitched.
