Women's soccer player Patty Loonie has been named the Wells Fargo LLC Athlete of the Week for September 5. Loonie helped the Bearcats go a perfect 2-0 during the week, extending the team's unbeaten streak to three games. A sophomore central midfielder, Loonie has been instrumental in the team's best start in three years. She has two goals, including a game-winner, and is logging more than 75 minutes a game.
