Senior Jon Alkins of the men’s track and field team is this week’s Wells Fargo Advisors LLC athlete of the week after his outstanding performance at the America East Indoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend. He broke the conference records in both the 60 and 200 and won both events. He scored a meet best 21.1 points to also earn the coaches award.
