Mastro Headshot

Danielle Cross

The Binghamton lacrosse team has added a new member to its coaching staff for the 2018-19 season. Head coach Stephanie Allen has announced the hiring of Danielle Mastro, who previously played lacrosse at Brown University.

"We are so excited to welcome Danielle to the Binghamton Lacrosse family," Allen said.  "She brings a ton of energy and passion to our staff and we cannot wait for her to impress that upon our student-athletes. Her experience at Brown and as one of the leading offensive threats in the Ivy League will certainly bolster our attack unit and help our entire team elevate their game.  We are very lucky to have her joining us and soon begin work with our players."

Mastro comes to Binghamton after a notable undergraduate lacrosse career at Brown University. In her senior season, she was the Ivy League leader in points with 58, totaling for 30 goals and 28 assists. In that same season, she was named Second-Team All-Ivy and was selected to play in the 2014 Division I IWLCA North South All-Star game.

Prior to Brown, Mastro played lacrosse at Union Endicott High School, where she was named All-American lacrosse in 2010. This past May, she was the head coach for the Southern Tier Youth Lacrosse League, coaching third and fourth grade girls representing the UE school district.

Before coming to Binghamton, she spent three years as the Associate Operations Manager for the Resource Group.
