STORY LINES

- Binghamton (3-6) lost 75-65 to Columbia on Saturday afternoon at the Events Center. Junior center Alyssa James finished with a season-high 20 points. Redshirt sophomore guard Jasmine Sina netted 16 points, junior guard Imani Watkins finished with 15 points and freshman guard Kai Moon chipped in 11 points. James and freshman forward Karlee Krchnavi each grabbed a team-best eight rebounds.

- Junior guard Imani Watkins leads the America East and ranks No. 10 in the nation with 21.9 points per game. She is also first in the conference with 2.7 steals per game. Redshirt guard Jasmine Sina is second on the team and eighth in the conference with 12.2 points per game. Watkins and Sina rank first and second in the America East with 3.1 and 3.0 three-point field goals per game respectively. Sophomore forward Rebecca Carmody, meanwhile, is fifth in the conference with 6.6 rebounds per game. 

- Misericordia (5-3) defeated CCNY 70-47 on Sunday afternoon. Rachel Carmody, the twin sister of Binghamton forward Rebecca Carmody, scored a team-high 19 points in the victory. For the season, Justine Seely leads the Cougars with 15.3 points, 11.9 rebounds, 3.0 blocks and 2.0 steals per game.   

- Binghamton won the inaugural meeting between the two schools, 73-44 at the Events Center on Jan. 4, 2016. Alyssa James finished with a game-high 23 points, nine rebounds, seven blocks and three steals. Rebecca Carmody added 13 points.

- The Bearcats lead the America East and are tied for No. 25 in the nation with 8.7 three-point field goals per game. They made a season-high 11 three pointers in their 68-44 win at NJIT on Dec. 6. 

- As a team, Binghamton ranks third in the America East with 64.2 points per game. In the past five games, the Bearcats have averaged 70.8 points per contest. The Bearcats also rank third in the conference in steals (8.9 spg.) and blocked shots (3.4 bpg.). 

- Junior guard Imani Watkins ranks No. 12 in program history with 1,100 points. In 11th place is Erica Carter (2006-10) with 1,150 points. Watkins, who reached the 1,000-point mark against Sacred Heart on Nov. 23, has seven games this season with at least 20 points including a program-record six straight from Nov. 16-Dec. 6.
