STORY LINES

- Binghamton (9-10, 4-2 AE) won 48-40 at Stony Brook on Sunday afternoon. Redshirt sophomore guard Jasmine Sina had a game-high 15 points while junior center Alyssa James finished with 11 points and 13 rebounds to record the 11th double-double of her career.

- Junior guard Imani Watkins ranks second in the America East and is No. 32 in the nation with 18.9 points per game. She is also tied for first in the conference and No. 78 in the nation with 2.3 steals per game. Redshirt sophomore guard Jasmine Sina has America East lead and ranks No. 42 in the nation with 2.74 three-point field goals per game. Junior center Alyssa James, meanwhile, is tied for second in the conference with 1.5 blocks per game and is fourth in rebounding (6.7 rpg.) and tied for fourth in steals (2.0 spg.).

- Hartford (13-6, 4-2 AE) lost 58-50 at New Hampshire on Sunday afternoon. Sierra Da Costa, who ranks ninth in the America East with 12.4 points per game, netted a team-best 17 points in the game against the Wildcats. As a team, Hartford leads the conference with 68.2 points and 12.3 steals per game. In addition, Lindsey Abed is tied with Watkins for the conference lead with 2.3 steals per game. 

- Hartford leads the all time series 25-9. Last year, the two teams split the season series, with the road team winning each time. The Bearcats won 53-47 at Hartford on Jan. 13 but the Hawks returned the favor with a 41-39 decision on Feb. 11. Imani Watkins poured in a game-high 19 points in the first game, Rebecca Carmody added 15 points and Alyssa James finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

- The Bearcats lead the America East and are No. 43 in the nation with 4.8 blocks per game. Binghamton also ranks first in the conference and No. 48 in the nation with 7.7 three-point field goals per game. In addition, it is third in the conference in both scoring (63.0 ppg.) and steals (9.4 spg.). 

- Junior guard Imani Watkins ranks sixth in program history with 1,262 points. Cathy Mackin (1994-98) is sixth with 1,269 points. Watkins reached the 1,000-point mark against Sacred Heart on Nov. 23 and has nine games this season with at least 20 points. This includes a program-record six straight games from Nov. 16-Dec. 6.
