STORY LINES
- Binghamton (0-1) lost 73-61 at Patriot League favorite Army on Friday night. Senior guard
Imani Watkins led the Bearcats with 21 points while sophomore guard

Alyssa James finished with a game-high seven blocks and reached the 1,000-point mark for her career. As a team, the Bearcats broke the program record with 13 blocks.
- Playing in the SUNYAC on the NCAA Division III level, Cortland (0-0) went 13-14 during the 2016-17 season. The Red Dragons return 11 letterwinners but only one of their top five scorers from last year's squad. Kristy Vitucci averaged 8.3 points per game.
- This marks the first meeting between Binghamton and Cortland since Feb. 28. 1997, when both school competed on the NCAA Division III level and were members of the SUNYAC. The Red Dragons lead the all-time series 16-11.

Imani Watkins currently has 1,489 points. That ranks fourth all time in Binghamton program history and No. 38 all time in the America East. In third place, with the Binghamton program's Division I era record is Andrea Holmes (2008-12), who scored 1,557 points during her career.Â
