STORY LINES

- Binghamton (4-4) lost 73-69 in overtime against Yale on Saturday. Senior guard Imani Watkins and senior center Alyssa James each finished with a team-best 23 points. James also notched her first double-double of the season with 13 rebounds and blocked a game-high six shots. Junior forward Rebecca Carmody finished with 10 points and six rebounds. 

- Watkins leads the America East with 20.1 points per game while sophomore guard Kai Moon is averaging 12.1 points per night. James, meanwhile, leads the conference and is ranked second in the nation with 4.88 blocks per game. She is also third in the America East with 8.3 rebounds per night. As a team, Binghamton is first in the America East and third in the nation with 8.6 blocks per game. The Bearcats are also tops in the America East in rebounding (42.9 rpg.) and are third in scoring (68.9ppg.).

- Bryant (1-7) split a pair of games at the Ocean State Tip Off Tournament this past weekend. After beating Rhode Island 58-52 on Saturday, the Bulldogs fell 85-62 to Brown the following day. Sydney Holloway, who leads Bryant with 15.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, and Naomi Ashley were named to the all-tournament team. 

- Binghamton leads the all-time series against Bryant 2-0. In the most recent meeting on Dec. 7, 2009, Erica Carter scored 35 points as the Bearcats took a 75-59 road decision. That ties for the highest single-game total scored by a Binghamton player during its 17-year NCAA Division I era.
