"I thought we started to be more aggressive and attack in the second period and we were able to stretch the lead after the half," head coach Bethann Shapiro Ord said. "A lot of people got to play but we want to clean some things up on defense from today."

Junior forward Olivia Ramil added 11 points. Fellow junior forward Kaylee Wasco finished with eight points and three assists. Senior guard Karlee Krchnavi grabbed a team-high seven rebounds to go along with seven points.

Azariah Wade led Hartford with 13 points. Jada Lucas added 12 points.
