STORY LINES
 
- Binghamton (4-10, 4-8 AE) was swept by Maine two weekends ago by scores of 67-46 and 70-53. Sophomore forward Birna Benonysdottir scored a team-best 18 points in the second game while sophomore guard Denai Bowman added 15 points, eight rebounds and two assists.

- Bowman is tied for fourth in the America East with 13.0 points per game, is third in steals (1.9 spg.) and is tied for eighth in assists (2.5 apg.) with fellow sophomore guard Cassidy Roberts. Benonysdottir is tied for sixth with 0.9 blocks per game while senior forward Kaylee Wasco is tied for No. 10 (0.8 bpg.). As a team, the Bearcats are third in the conference with 3.43 blocks per game.

- Albany (5-7, 4-4 AE) split its series against UMass Lowell this past weekend. On Saturday, the Great Danes won 46-39 which was then followed by a 46-31 loss on Sunday. Freshman Kayla Cooper was named the America East Rookie of the Week after scoring a career-high 10 points and grabbing six rebounds in Sunday's game.

-  Lucia Decortes is ranked No. 10 in the conference with 10.9 points per game and is tied for third in blocks (1.2 bpg.). As a team, the Great Danes are fourth in the America East with 11.58 assists per contest.

- Albany leads the all-time series 43-26. Last season, the two teams each won their home game. The Great Danes won 56-53 on Jan. 5 while the Bearcats posted a 58-42 victory on Feb. 5. Wasco had six points, two rebounds and two assists in the victory.

- Saturday marks the Bearcats' annual Play4Kay game in support of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Sunday will be the program's annual senior day with Wasco being this year's lone honoree.
