STORY LINES
 
- Binghamton (4-4) lost 71-48 at Cornell on Wednesday night. Sophomore forward Genevieve Coleman netted a team-high 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Senior guard Denai Bowman finished with 12 points (on 4-of-9 shooting), a team-best eight rebounds, two assists and a pair of steals.
 
- Bowman leads the Bearcats and ranks seventh in the America East with 11.8 points per game. She is also tied for first in steals (2.3 spg.) and is second in blocks (1.5 bpg.). Senior forward Clare Traeger leads the America East with 8.8 rebounds per game while redshirt freshman guard Jadyn Weltz is third in assists (3.8 apg.). As a team, the Bearcats lead the America East in rebounding (38.3 rpg).
 
- Bowman current has 930 points during her career at Binghamton. She is 24 points away from moving into a tie for 20th place all time in program history.
 
- Fairfield (3-3) defeated Fordham 82-75 in overtime on Wednesday night on the road. Callie Cavanaugh poured in a game-high 30 points while Izabela Nicoletti-Leite added 20 points. Janelle Brown, meanwhile, added 18 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.
 
-  Cavanaugh leads the Stags with 19.0 points per game and has reached the 30-point mark in scoring twice so far this season. As a team, Fairfield is averaging 64.0 points per game. Two of the Stags' defeats have come against Big Ten members Penn State and nationally-ranked Michigan.
 
- This will mark the first-ever meeting between Binghamton and Fairfield in women's basketball.
