Scouting Harvard
-
The Crimson are 2-5 on the season, and are coming off a 24-19 win over Hofstra. Six Harvard wrestlers notched victories, which included four bonus point wins by Michael Jaffe, Lukus Stricker, Trevor Tarsi and Joshua Kim.
-
165-pounder Philip Conigliaro is a leader for the Crimson. He has a 14-4 record this season, with wins over five ranked opponents.Â
-
149-pounder Lukus Stricker and 174-pounder Joshua Kim also have winning records. Kim burst onto the scene to start the season, and was featured in the national rankings for several weeks, but has dropped six of his last seven matches. If he were to take on Nolan Saturday, it could have EIWA Championship seeding implications.
-
125-pounder Beau Bayless has been a mainstay for Harvard since his arrival. He had two wins at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite in December.
