STORY LINES
 
- Binghamton (9-8, 2-2 AE) lost 62-57 to visiting NJIT on Wednesday night. Redshirt freshman guard Ella Wanzer poured in a career-high 26 points - the highest total turned by a Bearcat player since 2021. Sophomore forward Genevieve Coleman recorded her first career double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Freshman guard Jadyn Weltz also grabbed a career-best 10 rebounds.
 
- Senior guard Denai Bowman leads the Bearcats and is tied for seventh in the America East with 11.9 points per game. She is also first in steals (2.2 spg.) and is fifth in blocks (1.1 bpg.) Senior forward Clare Traeger leads the America East with 8.5 rebounds per game and Weltz is third with 3.6 assists per game.
 
- As a team, the Bearcats are first in the America East in both rebounding (38.2 rpg.) and steals (8.76 spg.). Binghamton is also second in assists (13.24 apg.), third in scoring (60.3 ppg.) and fourth in blocks (3.04 bpg.).
 
- UMass Lowell (1-13, 0-4 AE) lost 42-37 at Vermont on Wednesday morning. Jaini Edmonds netted a team-best 14 points while Amaya Dowdy had 10 rebounds and four blocks to go along with five points. 
 
- Edmonds leads the River Hawks with 9.4 points per game. Dowdy leads the America East with 1.8 blocks per game. As a team, the River Hawks are second in the conference with 3.71 blocks per game.
 
- Binghamton leads the all-time series against UMass Lowell 15-7, including a 13-5 mark since both teams joined the America East. Last year, the River Hawks won 62-53 at home on Feb. 14 but the Bearcats got even with a 71-54 home win on Feb. 19. In six previous games against UMass Lowell, Bowman has averaged 12.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per contest.
