Keuka alum named Manager of Brand/Ticket Operations, Camps & Clinics

VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton Division of Athletics has announced the hiring of Ryan Brown as its Manager of Brand/Ticket Operations, Camps and Clinics. He will oversee day to day operations in the ticket office, focus on revenue generation through the sale of single game and season tickets and work to enhance the game day and ticketing experience for all fans.

"We are extremely excited to have Ryan join the Division of Athletics as Manager of Brand/Ticket Operations, Camps and Clinics," Senior Associate Athletic Director Pat Murphy said. "He has impressive experience having worked at Cornell University, Syracuse University and the University of Arkansas in a similar role.  Having grown up in upstate New York, he has a very good understanding of the Binghamton Marketplace.  He will be a great addition to our team."

Brown arrives from the University of Arkansas, where he was the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations during the 2024-25 academic year. He oversaw ticket operations for the baseball, volleyball and track & field programs, managed student workers and collaborated with the Razorback Foundation on several annual projects.

The previous year (2023-24), Brown was a Ticket Operations Coordinator at Syracuse University. He managed box office operations for all women's lacrosse and women's basketball games and assisted with operations for all football, men's basketball, men's lacrosse games and concerts.

From July 2022-March 2023, Brown was a Ticketing and Marketing Operations Assistant at Cornell University. He served as the game day manager for selected ticketed events and helped generate revenue through the sale of season ticket packages, single-game tickets as well as group packages for hockey, basketball, football and lacrosse.

A 2020 graduate of Keuka College, Brown was a member of the Wolves' golf program during his undergraduate career. He went on to earn his master's degree in sports management in December 2021 from SUNY Cortland.
