Peters, Norby, Eodice and honored for recent performances

VESTAL, N.Y. – On the heels of their dual meet sweep over Bryant this past weekend, the Binghamton swimming & diving programs have earned four weekly honors from the America East Conference. Junior Evan Peters has been named the America East Men's Swimmer of the Week while senior Dylan Norby was chosen as the top Men's Diver. Freshmen Christine Kim and John Eodice, meanwhile, have swept the Rookie of the Week awards.

Against Bryant, Peters captured the men's 100 free (45.23), 200 free (1:27.61) and 500 free (4:36.01). All three of his times currently rank first in the America East so far this season. This marks the third Swimmer of the Week honor for Peters, having also been named on Oct. 21, 2025 and Nov. 25, 2025.

Norby won the three-meter competition against Bryant with a score of 333.00 - which was well ahead of the 320.00 mark needed to meet the NCAA Zone standard. Norby has now hit the NCAA Zone score twice this season. This marks the second time this year - and fourth time during his career - that Norby has been named the conference's top diver. He was previously chosen on Oct. 7, 2025, Oct. 14, 2025 and this past Oct. 6.

Eodice earns his first career honor after winning the men's 1,000 free against Bryant. His winning time of 9:31.57 currently ranks second in the America East.

Kim, meanwhile, was also recognized for the first time in her career. She won the 50 free (23.89) and 100 free (52.33) against Bryant and swam on the winning 200 free relay (1:35.87) and 400 free relay teams (3:28.33). Kim's 100 free time ranks first in the America East while her 50 free mark ranks second.

Binghamton returns to action at Canisius on Saturday, Oct. 31 at noon.
