2017-18 Season

• Competed in four cross country meets

• Finished 44th overall at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet

• Won the season-opening America East Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 2

• Was 38th overall at the America East Championships

• Won the 1,000 and anchored the first-place DMR team at the America East Indoor Championships

• Was the runner up in the 1,500 at the conference outdoor meet

Senior Season (2016-17)

• A redshirt season in cross country

• Won the mile at the America East Indoor Championships

• Was fourth in the mile at the Boston Valentine's Invitational

• Finished third in the mile at the Penn State National Open

Junior Season (2015-16)

• Placed 19th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships 

• The Bearcats' third runner in all four cross country races he competed in

• Was 80th out of 246 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country

• Finished 52nd out of 275 runners in the Gold Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run

• Won the 1,500 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships

• Advanced to the NCAA East Regional Outdoor Track Meet in the 1,500

Sophomore Season (2014-15)

• Was third in the 1,500 (3:48.75) and ran on the first-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Outdoor Track Championships

• Ran a leg of the Distance Medley Relay at the 2015 Penn Relays

• Finished second in the 800 at the Sam Howell Invitational (1:53.32)

• Finished 11th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1

Freshman Season (2013-14)

• Placed fourth in the mile and was part of the winning DMR team at the America East Indoor Track Championships

• Was second in the 1,500 at America East Outdoor Track Championships

Before Binghamton

• Won the mile at the 2013 NYS Outdoor Track Championships

• Was sixth overall in the mile at the 2012 New Balance Outdoor Track National Meet

• Placed sixth in the two-mile run at the 2012 and 2013 New Balance Indoor Track National Meet

• Was fourth as a junior in the 3,200 at both the NYS Indoor and Outdoor Track Championships

• Finished third in the high school mile at the 2012 Millrose Games and was sixth in 2013

• A first-team NYSSWA all-state selection in cross country as a senior and fourth-team pick as a junior

• Finished third overall at the 2012 Nike Cross Country National New York Regional Meet

• Placed third overall at the 2012 NYS Class A cross country championships
