- A four-time America East individual track & field champion
- A three-time, first-team America East all-conference selection in cross country
- Named the Most Outstanding Men's Track Athlete at the 2025 America East Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Qualified for the 2024 NCAA East Region Outdoor Meet in the 10,000
- Earned the Binghamton Athletic Department's 2025 Jake Pitler Award for his outstanding athletic and academic accomplishmentsÂ
2024-25 Year
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned all-conference honors for the third straight season with a fifth-place finish at the America East Championships on Nov. 2
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Finished 42nd out of 256 runners at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet (Nov. 15)
- Won the Vermont Fall Foliage – which included 89 runners (Oct. 20)
- Took third place out of 71 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 13)
- Was 96th out of 374 finishers in the Gold Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)
- The SUNY Chancellor's Men's Cross Country Award WinnerÂ
- Competed in four indoor meets and five outdoor meetsÂ
- Named the Men’s Most Outstanding Track Performer after winning the 5,000 and placing second in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-22)
- Won the 5,000 for the second year in a row at the America East Outdoor Meet

Senior Year (2023-24)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a third-place finish out of 82 runners at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- The America East Men’s Performer of the Week on Oct. 17
- Won the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15 and the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Placed 77th overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 10
- Competed in 10 track & field meets
- Placed 41st in the 10,000 at the NCAA East Region Outdoor Meet
- Won the 5,000 and was second in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Captured the 5,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Named America East All-Conference during the Indoor and Outdoor Meets
- The America East Men's Track Athlete of the Week on April 23
- Was fourth in the 10,000 at the Virginia Challenge (April 19-20)
- Finished third in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 3)

- Was a team-best 31st overall at the IC4A Championships on Oct. 14
- Finished seventh overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16

- Placed seventh in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Won the 10,000 at the Colonial Relays on April 1-2
- Finished second in the 5,000 at the Penn State National Open Jan. 21-22

- Was second at the 2019 New York State (NYS) Class B meet
- Won the STAC and Section 4 championships as a senior
- Captured three cross country invitational titles during the 2019 season
- His top track time of 9:29 in the 3,200 was clocked during the 2019 outdoor season

- Majoring in mechanical engineering
- His older sister Kaylee also competed for the Bearcats from 2018-23
