Senior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Placed 20th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Was 12th overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16
- Competed in nine track & field meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a runner-up finish in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)
- Placed eighth in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Meet (Feb. 18-19)
- Won the 3,000 SC at the Lafayette Open on March 25
- Finished eighth in the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Outdoor Relays (March 31-April 1)
- Was second in the 3,000 at the River Hawk Indoor Invitational (Jan. 27-28)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2023
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above) during both the fall and spring
Junior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed 12th overall at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 18
- Was 42nd overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Competed in nine track meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Placed seventh overall in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Meet
- Was fifth in the mile at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet on Jan. 15
- Finished seventh in the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Relays April 1-2
- Took third in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Team Challenge April 23

- Came in fifth in the 3,000 SC at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races
- Finished seventh in the 5,000 at the RW Red Hawk Invitational
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
- Member of the Spring 2021 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Freshman Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Track Canceled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in five cross country races
- Was second on the team and 19th overall at the Albany Invitational
- Finished second in the 5,000 at the Cornell Kane Invitational on Jan. 31

Before Binghamton
- A five-year letterwinner at Hoosik Valley
- The NYSPHSAA Section 2 Sportsmanship Winner in cross country as a senior
