Career Accomplishments
- A 2023 honorable mention USTFCCCA Outdoor Track & Field All-American in the 3,000 SC
- A four-time America East individual champion in the 3,000 SC (2019, 2021, 2022 & 2023)
- A four-time East Region Outdoor Meet qualifier in the 3,000 (2019, 2021, 2022 & 2023)
- A five-time, first-team all-conference selection in cross country - having placed among the top five runners each year (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022)
- The Bighamton University Female Athlete of the Year in 2019 and the Co-Athlete of the Yeare in 2023
- Earned the Binghamton University Female John Bilos Award in 2023 for her outstanding career accomplishments
- An America East Presidential Scholar-Athlete
- A nine-team America East All-Academic selection (four cross country, two indoor track and three outdoor track)
2022-23 Season
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a runner-up finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 29

Senior Season (2021-22)

- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a fifth-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 29

- Placed 41st overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 12
- The runner up at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 18
- Finished 58th overall in the Gold Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Oct. 1

- Placed 16th overall in the 3,000 SC at the East Region Outdoor Meet

- A USTFCCCAÂ Cross Country and Track & Field Scholar-Athlete

- Placed 23rd in the 3,000 SC at the NCAA East Regional Meet
- A repeat champion in the 3,000 SC at the America East Championships
- Part of the runner-up 4x800 team that set the school record of 9:00.22 at the conference meet

- Placed a team-best 35th overall out of 266 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet
- Finished fifth out of 163 runners at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 2
- Took 40th place overall in the Gold Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Oct. 5
- Was third out of 207 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 19

Freshman Season (2018-19)
- Competed in all five cross country races
- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a third-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Named the America East Conference Most Outstanding Rookie
- Placed a team-best 31st out of 362 runners in the Paul Short Bronze race on Sept. 29
- Finished a team-best 26th out of 222 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 12
- Advanced to the NCAA East Region Outdoor Meet in the 3,000 SC
- Named the Most Outstanding Rookie after winning the 3,000 SC and being part of the first-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships

Before Binghamton
- Won the 2018 New York State (NYS) Federation title in the 2,000 SC
- Placed fourth at the 2018 New Balance National Meet in the 2,000 SC
- Named honorable mention all-state at the Class A level by the New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) as a senior
- Won the 2017 Manhattan High School Cross Country Invitational and the Bowdoin Classic
- The PSAL individual cross country champion as a senior
