2023-24 Season
- Took third place in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was second in the triple jump and second in the long jump at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Named All-Conference at the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Won the triple jump title at the IC4A Indoor Championships
Senior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in seven meetsÂ
- Advanced to the NCAA East Region Meet and placed 31st in the triple jump (May 25-27)
- Swept the triple jump titles at the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championship Meets (Feb 18-19 & May 6-7)
- Won the triple jump and was sixth in the long jump at the Greg Page Indoor Relays (Dec. 3)
- Captured the triple jump and was fifth in the long jump at the Colonial Outdoor Relays (March 30-April 1)
- Placed third in the triple jump at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (April 14-16)
Junior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in 11 meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a runner-up finish in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the triple jump at the conference outdoor meet
- Was fourth in the triple jump at the IC4A Indoor Championships
- Placed seventh in the triple jump at the IC4A Outdoor Championships
- Named the America East Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Dec. 7
- Took second in the triple jump at the Colonial Relays March 31-April 2
- Won the triple jump at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational on Jan. 15 and at the Lafayette Open on March 26
- Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
Sophomore Season (2020-21)
- Competed in seven meets
- Won the triple jump at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races
- Captured the triple jump at the Mt. St. Mary’s Invitational
- Was the runner-up in the triple jump at the Lafayette Open
- Came in second in the triple jump at the Lehigh/Covert Classic
Freshman Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Season Canceled Due to COVID-19
- Did not compete during the indoor season
Before Binghamton
- Placed fourth overall at the 2018 New York State (NYS) Indoor Championships in the triple jump
- Finished 14th in the Nation at New Balance Nationals Indoor 2019 in the triple jump
- Was third at the 2019 NYS Outdoor Meet in the triple jump
- Named All-Long Island for the 2019 Indoor Track Season
- A two-time All-NYS selection (Indoor 2019 and Outdoor 2019)
- A four-time All-County selection
- A member of the National Honor Society
