Biography
2024-25 Season
- Competed in seven indoor meets and nine outdoor meets
- Qualified for the NCAA Championships after placing seventh overall in the 400 hurdles at the NCAA East Region Meet (May 28-31)
- Named the Men's Most Outstanding Track Performer after winning the 400 hurdles and anchoring the first-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Outdoor Meet (May 3-4)
- Named the America East Men's Track Athlete of the Week on April 15
- Won the triple jump, placed sixth in the triple jump and seventh in the long jump at the America East Indoor Championships
- Also part of the third-place 4x400 relay at the conference indoor meet
- Was second in the triple jump and third in the 500 at the season-opening Greg Page Relays (Dec. 6-7)
- Took third place in the 300 and fourth in the long jump at the Cornell/Upstate Challenge (Jan. 18)
- Won the 200 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Captured the 500 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8)
- Won the 400 hurdles and was second in the triple jump at the Colonial Relays (April 2-4)
- Was second in the 400 hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational (April 18-19)
Senior Season (2023-24)
- Placed 25th in the 400 hurdles at the NCAA East Region Meet
- Won the 400 hurdles and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Placed fourth in the triple jump, ninth in the long jump and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors at the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- The America East Men’s Field Athlete of the Week on April 9
- Finished seventh in the 400 hurdles at the East Coast Relays (April 26-27)
- Took second place in the triple jump at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26-27)
- Was second in the 400 hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational (March 30)
- Swept the long jump and 400 hurdles at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
- Finished second in the 400 hurdles at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (April 12-14)
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rolls (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in six meets
- Placed second in the 500 at the Greg Page Indoor Relays (Dec. 3)
- Won the 200 at the Cornell Upstate Indoor Challenge (Jan. 21)
- Placed second in the triple jump at the River Hawk Invitational (Jan. 27-28)
- Was second in the 400 hurdles at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 22)
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
Sophomore Season (2021-22)
- Competed in 15 meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
- Also placed fourth in the long jump at the conference indoor meet
- Took fifth in the triple jump at the IC4A Indoor Championships
- Placed fifth in the 400 hurdles at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Was sixth in the 400 hurdles at the IC4A Outdoor Championships
- Won the 400 hurdles and was part of the first-place 4x100 relay team at the Lafayette Open on March 26
- Won the long jump at the Lehigh Season Opener on April 9
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Before Binghamton
- A four-year letterwinner at Canajoharie
- Set the school records in the 400 hurdles and triple jump
- Placed second at the Eddy Meet in the 400 hurdles his junior year
- Finished ninth in the 400 hurdles at the 2019 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- A member of the National Honor Society
