Biography
Sophomore Season (2025-26)
- Competed in 10 meets
- Earned all-conference honors during both the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Ranked No. 19 in the nation in the heptathlon during the indoor season
- Named the Most Outstanding Men’s Field Athlete after breaking the meet record in the heptathlon at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21)
- Earned the Coaches Award after scoring a meet-best 23 points at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 9-10)
- The America East Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Dec. 9
- The America East Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week on April 7Â
- Broke the school record in the decathlon at the Texas/Clyde Littlefield Relays (April 1-4)
- Won the heptathlon at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 5-6)
- Captured the 60 hurdles and was third in the pole vault at the Upstate Challenge (Jan. 17)
- Placed first in the 60 hurdles and was second in the long jump at the Bucknell Gulden Invitational (Jan. 24)
- Was third in the 60 hurdles and seventh in the pole vault at the Penn Invitational (Jan. 30)
- Took fourth in the high jump at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 7)
- Won the javelin at the UAlbany Spring Classic (April 17)
Freshman Season (2024-25)
- Competed in seven indoor meets and five outdoor meetsÂ
- Won the heptathlon at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Captured the decathlon and was named the Most Outstanding Rookie at the America East Outdoor Meet (May 3-4)
- Was also first in the heptathlon at the season-opening Greg Page Relays (Dec. 6-7)
- Finished third in the pole vault and fourth in the 60 hurdles at the Cornell/Upstate Challenge (Jan. 18)
- Took eighth in the high jump and fourth in the 60 hurdles at the Bucknell/Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Placed fourth in the 60 hurdles at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8)
- Was second in the 110 hurdles at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 19)
- Took fourth in the 110 hurdles at the Colonial Relays (April 3-5)
- Finished seventh in the 110 hurdles at the Monmouth Season Opener (March 28-29)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)Competed in six indoor meets
Before Binghamton
- Competed in four meets as a freshman at Geneseo in 2023-24
- Won the heptathlon at the Brockport Invitational Feb. 2-3
- Won the triple jump at the RIT Friday Invitational on Feb. 9
Before College
- A five-year letterwinner at Hornell
- Placed second in both the 110 hurdles and triple jump at the New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- Set the NYS Section V Class B record in the triple jump
- Named the 2024 LCAA Field MVP
- Also played soccer and was a league all-star
- A NYS Scholar-Athlete
- A member of the National Honor Society
