• Was 55th out of 246 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet

• Placed 17th out of 275 runners in the Gold Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run

Senior Season (2014-15)

• Redshirted in cross country

• Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Track Championships (8:27.53)

• Was fifth in the 10,000 at the conference outdoor track championships (31:57.58)
• Placed ninth in the 3,000 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:15.97
• Won the mile at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational
• Finished fourth in the 3K at the Penn State National Invitational (8:22.49)

Junior Season (2013-14)

• Earned all-conference honors with a ninth-place finish at the America East Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2
• Was second on the team and 65th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet on Nov. 15
• Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Sophomore Season (2012-13)

• Placed 25th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships on Oct. 27
• The team’s top runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet on Nov. 9
• Finished 24th out of 151 runners at the season-ending IC4A Cross Country Championships on Nov. 17
• Placed fifth in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Member of America East Fall Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA

Freshman Season (2011-12)

• Placed 20th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Finished a team-best fourth overall out of 139 runners at the season-ending IC4A Cross Country Championships
• Member of America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA
• Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Before Binghamton

• A second-team Star Ledger All-State selection in 2010
• Placed ninth overall at the NJ Cross Country Meet of Champions as a senior
• Finished 13th overall at the 3,200 at the 2011 New Balance Indoor National Meet
• Placed third overall in the 3,200 at both the 2011 NJ Indoor and Outdoor Meet of Champions
