Senior Season (2015-16)

• A repeat selection on the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
• Placed a team-best 17th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Was a team-best 93rd out of 256 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet
• Finished 20th out of 385 runners in the Bronze Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run
• The top Binghamton finisher in all four cross country race she competed in.

Junior Season (2014-15)

• Named to the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
• The Bearcats' top finisher in all five cross country meets she competed in
• Finished 25th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Placed 74th overall out of 275 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet
• Was 13th overall out of 360 runners in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Cross Country Run

• Finished seventh in the 1,000 at the ECAC Indoor Track Championships with a time of 2:52.70
• Was fourth in the 1,000 at the America East Indoor Track Championships (2:55.59)
• Placed eighth in the 1,500 at the conference outdoor track meet (4:38.08)
• Grabbed fifth place in the 800 at the NY Upstate Challenge with a time of 2:17.42
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for a 3.5 GPA or above
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll for a 3.3 GPA or above

Sophomore Season (2013-14)

• Placed 23rd overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Finished fourth in the 1,000 at the conference indoor meet
• Was third in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships
• Set the school record in the 3,000 SC (10:48.3) and finished 11th at the ECAC Outdoor Meet
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2014

Freshman Season (2012-13)

• Placed 27th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Was sixth in the 3,000 SC at the outdoor conference meet
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA

Before Binghamton

• A four-year letterwinner at North Rockland and the team captain as a senior
• Named fourth-team all-state as a senior by the NYSSWA
• Named first-team all-county and all-section in track as a senior
• A member of the National Honor Society
