Senior Season (2014-15)

• Earned first-team All-America honors with a fourth-place finish in the 800 at the NCAA Outdoor Track Championships

• Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track Championships and was named an honorable mention All-American

• Named the Northeast Region Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Year

• Won the 1,500 and anchored the first-place 4x800 relay at the America East Outdoor Championships

• Clocked a school-record time of 1:46.98 in the 800 at the Iowa State Indoor Track Classic

• Earned all-conference honors in cross country with a ninth-place finish at the America East Championships

• Named the Most Outstanding Performer after winning the 1000 and anchoring the first-place DMR at the America East Indoor Championships

• Was eighth in the mile (4:01.10) in the Wanamaker Mile at the Millrose Games

• Anchored the first-place 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Indoor Championships

• Won the 1000 at the Collegiate Invitational (2:21.99)

• Member of the America East Spring Honor Roll with at least a 3.0 GPA

Sophomore Season (2012-13)

• Advanced to the finals in the 1,500 at the NCAA East Outdoor Regional Meet

• Won the 1,500 at the America East Outdoor Championships

• Member of the Spring America East Honor Roll with at least a 3.0 GPA

• Placed 32nd overall at the America East Cross Country Championships

Freshman Season (2011-12)

• Advanced to the NCAA East Outdoor Region finals in the 800

• Placed third in the 1,500 at the America East outdoor championships

• Part of the first-place 4x800 relay team at the conference outdoor meet as well as the winning DMR team at the America East indoor championships

• Finished sixth in the mile at the America East indoor championships

• Placed seventh in the mile at the IC4A Indoor Championships

Before Binghamton

• Won the 1,000 and was fifth in the mile at the 2011 New York State Indoor Track Meet

• Placed sixth in the mile at the 2011 New York State Outdoor Track Championships

• Was eighth overall in the 800 at the New Balance Indoor National Meet

• A NYSSWA Class B First-Team All-State selection as a senior and a fourth-team pick as a junior

• Placed fifth at the Class B State Meet as a junior and senior

• A member of the National Honors Society
