• Named to the America East All-Academic Tam

• Placed 21st overall at the America East Cross Country Championships

• The Bearcats' fourth runner in two of the four cross country meets he competed in

Senior Season (2014-15)

• Finished 21st overall at the America East Cross Country Championships

• Was fifth on the team and 98th overall (out of 261 runners) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet on Nov. 14th

• Placed seventh in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships (32:07.50)
• Was eighth in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Track Championships (14:47.05)

• Member of America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA

• Member of the both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Junior Season (2013-14)

• Was eighth in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
• Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for a 3.5 or above GPA

Sophomore Season (2012-13)

• Named to both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA
• Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA
• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society

Freshman Season (2011-12)

• Named to both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA
• Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA

Before Binghamton

• A NYSSWA third-team Class AA All-State selection as a senior
• Finished 17th overall at the 2010 NYS Class AA Championships
• Named sixth-team all-state as a junior
• Placed ninth overall at the 2010 Nike Regional Meet
• Placed 27th overall at the 2010 New Balance Cross Country National Meet
• A member of the National Honor Society
