Mike Folli

Former Triple-A player and local product Mike Folli begins his sixth year with the program in 2022. He joined the Bearcats in summer 2016.

While at University at Buffalo, Folli became the first Bulls player to earn first team all-conference honors and multiple all-star selections in the Mid-American Conference. He hit .346 as a junior and led the team in hits (65), doubles (13) and stolen bases (12). He was primarily a shortstop and third baseman during his career, which also included Freshman All-America honors in 2005.

Folli was picked by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 42nd Round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft and played four years of professional ball. He advanced as high as Triple-A, playing parts of two seasons with the Cardinals' Memphis team in the Pacific Coast League.

In all, Folli played in 304 professional games in the Cardinals' organization and compiled 214 career hits and 95 career RBI.

In high school, Folli helped lead local Union-Endicott High to the 2003 Class AA New York State Championship.

Off the field, he worked as an account executive in the Foodservice sales industry. Folli negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with vendors and trained a sales staff of 85 people, working in Philadelphia and then Binghamton.

Mike resides in Endicott with his wife Ashley, and daughters Mila and Taylor.
