After a standout five-year career at Binghamton, Tanner Sinicki begins his first year as director of operations in 2024.
Sinicki made 35 career appearances, primarily as a relief pitcher. He was part of a Bearcats' squad that won an America East title and advanced to the NCAA Regionals in 2022. During his tenure, BU also was conference runnerup in 2019 and 2023.
He graduated in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
This past summer, Sinicki began his coaching career as pitching coach for the Wilmington Sharks of the Coastal Plain League. The Sharks captured the Eastern Division title and produced five Major League Baseball draft picks. Sinicki pitched two seasons at Wilmington in 2021 and 2022.
A native of Vestal, Tanner was a two-sport standout at Seton Catholic Central, helping guide the Saints to a pair of New York State championship game appearances in baseball and basketball.
