• Made 15 appearances, including one start at Cornell on April 23
• Went two hit-less and scoreless innings with three strikeouts in the season opener against James Madison on February 23
• Pitched 3.1 scoreless innings, allowing 1 hit against North Carolina A&T on March 8
• Third in the America East in runners picked off (3), and tied for fifth in saves (3)

As a Freshman (2012)

• Made nine appearances with three starts
• Went 1-2 with 2.20 ERA in 16.1 innings
• Went 4.1 innings and gave up two runs at Bucknell on March 27 in longest outing of season
• Had two strong outings to finish up first year with combined 4.2 scoreless innings at Albany (5/12) and UMBC (5/19)
• Struck out three against Albany and UMBC
• Was 1-0 with 1.50 ERA in three appearances against America East opponents
• Notched first collegiate win with 2.0 scoreless innings of relief at UMBC

In High School

• Three-year starter at Half Hollow Hills West High School
• In final two seasons on mound posted 1.74 earned run average with 103 strikeouts in 84 innings
• Started at pitcher and first base
• Two-time all-league and one-time all-county selection
• Awarded 2011 Suffolk County Gold Glove for pitchers
• Earned win for golf medal Long Island team at 2010 Empire State Games
• Pitched in championship game of 2009 NABF World Series, facing only 22 batters
• Named to 2009 NABF all-tournament team after steering team to title
• Helped team capture 2010 Suffolk County League title
• High school team went 35-12 (74%) over final two seasons
• Helped summer team win NABF Classics championship and earn bid to 2011 NABF World Series in Toledo, Ohio

• Recipient of numerous accolades for community service including 2011 Prudential Spirit of Community honoree and Gerard J. Buckenmeyer’s Firemen’s Association of the State of New York Volunteer Baseball Award (2011)
