• Played scholastically at Stephen Lewis Secondary
• Graduated from Lewis and then played one season at Findlay Prep in Las Vegas  
• Averaged 22 points and 10 rebounds in junior season at Stephen Lewis
• Member of acclaimed Findlay team that went 32-1 and captured ESPN National High School Invitational Championship in 2011-12
• At Findlay was teammate of highly-touted McDonald’s All-Americans Anthony Bennett (UNLV) and Brandon Ashley (Arizona)
• Averaged 6 points and 3 rebounds and shot 53% from beyond arc in 23 games at Findlay
• Played for Regional Elite Development Academy (REDA) in Brampton, Ontario last winter
• Was member of Team Ontario U17 squad
• Played AAU ball for CIA Bounce team that won the Super Showcase U16 championship in Orlando, the first Canadian team to ever win the title
• Drew interest from Rice, Syracuse, Boston College and Virginia among others
