Senior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Placed 24th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Was seventh overall at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 18
- Competed in eight track meets
- Placed sixth in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Was seventh in the 5,000 at the Penn State National Open Jan. 21-22
- Member of the Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)

- Finished 26th overall at the America East Championships on March 5
- Placed 10th overall in the Vermont Quad Meet on Feb. 21

- Placed sixth in the 10,000 at the America East Championships
- Was the runner-up in the 5,000 at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races
- Came in seventh in the 5,000 at the RW Red Hawk Invitational

Sophomore Season (2019-20) -- Outdoor Season Canceled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Was 51st overall in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Oct. 5
Freshman Season (2018-19)
- Competed in all five cross country meets
- Placed 40th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Was 72nd out of 362 runners in the Lehigh Paul Short Bronze Run on Sept. 29
- Finished third on the team and 95th overall out of 219 finishers at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 12
- Was second in the mile at the Marc DeNault Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in May 2019

- Was second in the 5,000 at the Penn State/Sykes & Sabock Indoor Challenge
- Finished third in the 3,000 at the Cornell Kane Indoor Invitational

Before Binghamton
- A fourth-team NYSSWA All-State selection after earning second-team honors as a junior
