• Was second in the 2,000 and third in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Championships

Senior Season (2015-16)

• Earned second-team all-conference honors with a ninth-place finish at the America East Championships

• Was the team's second runner in all four races he competed in

• Finished 59th out of 249 runners at the NCAA Northeast Cross Country Regional Meet

• Placed 32nd in the Gold Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run

• Took second place in the 5,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships

Junior Season (2014-15)
Cross Country

• Earned all-conference honors with a 10th-place finish at the America East Cross Country Championships

• Placed a team-best 39th overall (out of 261 runners) at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Cross Country Regional Meet on Nov., 14

• Was 41st out of 358 runners at the Lehigh/Paul Short Cross Country Run on Oct. 4

Track & Field

• Finished third in the 5,000 (14:34.29) and fourth in the 3,000 (8:28.42) at the America East Indoor Track Championships

• Placed seventh in the 5,000 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 14:25.65

• Finished fifth in the 3,000 at the Penn State National Invitational (8:24.51)

 
Sophomore Season (2013-14)

• Placed fourth in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships

• Was third in the 5,000 at the conference outdoor meet

• Finished 17th at the America East Cross Country Championships

• Was 66th at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet

 
Freshman Season (2012-13)

• Part of the 4 x 800 relay team that placed second at the America East Indoor Championships

• Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA

• Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA

 
Before Binghamton

• Named ninth-team all-state by the NYSSWA as a senior

• Shaker won the NYS Federation title in 2010 and 2011 and was ranked among the top 20 teams in the nation both years

• Part of the 4x1,600 relay team that placed second at the 2011 Nike National Outdoor Track Championships
