Junior Season (2019-20) - Outdoor Season Cancelled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in two cross country meets
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall 2019 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Sophomore Season (2018-19)
- Competed in one cross country meet
- Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed second at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Was second in the 800 at the Upstate Indoor Challenge (Jan. 19)
- Placed sixth in the 1,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 25-26)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Member of the Fall A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
Freshman Season (2017-18):
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Was 39th overall at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 14
- Was sixth in the 1,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
2016-17 Season:
- A redshirt season in cross country
- Member of the Fall America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA
- Member of the Fall A.D. Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA
- Placed fourth in the 1,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Won the mile at the Southern Tier Collegiate Indoor Open
Before Binghamton
- Named second-team All-State in cross country as a senior by the New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA)
- Won the New York State (NYS) Section 4 outdoor track title in the 1,600 as a senior and the Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC)Â outdoor track championship in the 800 as a junior
