• Finished second on the team and third overall (out of 28 runners) at the Albany Dual Meet on Sept. 5th
• Finished second on the team and 30th overall (out of 205 runners) at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 20th
• Finished second on the team and 71st overall (out of 358 runners) at the  Paul Short Run on Oct. 4th
• Finished first on the team and 41st overall (out of 301 runners) at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 18th
• Finished first on the team and 8th overall (out of 83 runners) at the America East Championships on Nov. 1st

Junior Season (2013)

• Placed 21st overall at the America East Championships on Nov. 2
• Was fourth on the team and 68th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 15
• Was fourth on the team and 10th overall at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 7
• The team’s second runner at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
• Finished fourth on the team and 50th overall out of 272 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 19

Sophomore Season (2012)

• The team MVP
• Placed a team-best 17th overall at the America East Championships
• Was 64th out of 212 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 13
• The team’s second runner in a pair of meets and the third runner in the season-opening tri-meet at Army on Sept. 7
• Was the team’s fourth runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet
• Placed seventh in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships
• Member of America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA

Freshman Season (2011)

• Placed 38th overall at the America East Championships
• Was 20th overall out of 139 runners at the season-ending IC4A Championships
• Finished 28th overall out of 185 runners at the Albany Invitational
• Was the team’s fourth runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet

Before Binghamton

• A NYSSWA First-Team Class AA All-State selection as a senior
• Placed 10th overall at the New York State Federation Meet as a senior
• Finished fourth at the NYS Class AA Championships as a senior
• Was 14th overall at the 2010 Nike Regional Cross Country Meet
