Senior Season (2019-20) --- Outdoor Season Cancelled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed seventh overall at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 18
- Finished fourth in the mile at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 25
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall 2019 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Junior Season (2018-19)
- Competed in all five cross country races
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Placed 21st overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Finished 98th overall at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 9
- Was eighth at the season-opening pre-conference meet on Sept. 8
- Finished 34th out of 362 runners in the Lehigh Paul Short Bronze Race on Sept. 29
- Was third in the mile at the Upstate Indoor Challenge (Jan. 19)
- Took fifth in the 3,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 25-26)
- Finished third in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 21)
- Named an America East Presidential Scholar Athlete
- Member of the both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
Sophomore Season (2017-18)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Finished 25th overall at the season-opening America East Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 2
- Part of the winning DMR team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Member of the both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in May 2018
Freshman Season (2016-17):
- A redshirt season in cross country
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA
- Placed seventh in the 800 at the New York Upstate Indoor Challenge
- Was eighth in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Indoor Challenge
- Member of the Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA
Before Binghamton
- A two-time Suburban Council Cross Country All-Star
- The Indoor Track Sectional Champion in the 1,000 and 1,600

- Majored in management information systems with a minor in Spanish and went on to earn his MBA
