- Placed 18th out of 100 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 12)
- Finished 34th out of 314 runners in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 3)
- Took 10th place out of 182 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 18)

- Competed in four indoor track meets
- Won the 3,000 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Finished 27th overall at the America East Championships (Nov. 2)
- Was sixth out of 89 finishers at the Vermont Fall Foliage (Oct. 20)

- Won the mile at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)

Before Binghamton
- A six-year letterwinner in cross country and two-year letterwinner in track at Niskayuna
- Qualified for the 2023 Nike National Cross Country Meet as well as the Nike National Track & Field Meet twice
- Placed fourth overall at the 2023 New York State (NYS) Cross Country Championships and was sixth at the ensuing Nike New York Region Meet
- Finished third overall in the 3,200 at the 2024 NYS Section 2 Meet
- A member of the National Honor Society and a Medal of Excellence recipient
