Sophomore Season (2025-26)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Took 38th place out of 100 runs at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 12)
- Finished 82nd out of 314 runners at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run (Oct. 3)
- Was 20th out of 182 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 18)
- Competed in nine track & field meets
- Placed fifth in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 9-10)
- Was second in the 3,000 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (Jan. 17)
- Took sixth in the 5,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 30-31)
- Finished second in the 3,000 at the Kane Invitational (Feb. 14)
- Was fourth in the 3,000 SC at the George Mason Invitational (April 3-4)
- Took fifth in the 1,500 at the Big Red Outdoor Invite (April 11-12)
- Finished sixth in the 3,000 SC at the Virginia Challenge (April 17-18)
Freshman Year (2024-25)
- Competed in four indoor meets as well as four outdoor meetÂ
- Placed seventh in the 3,000 SC at the America East Championships (May 3-4)
- Was seventh in the 3,000 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Took fifth place in the 5,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
- Took seventh in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 19)
- Was sixth in the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Relays (April 3-5)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed 28th out of 84 runners at the America East Championships (Nov. 2)
- Was 12th out of 89 finishers at the Vermont Fall Foliage (Oct. 20)
- Finished 86th out of 588 runners in the Open Race at the Lehigh/Paul Shot Run (Oct. 5)
- Took 23rd place out of 50 finishers at the season-opening Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational (Aug. 31)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Before Binghamton
- A four-year letterwinner at Monroe-Woodbury
- Placed fifth overall in the 3,000 SC at the 2024 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- Qualified for the 2023 Nike National Cross Country Meet
- Was sixth overall at both the NYS Class A Cross Country Meet and the NYS Federation Meet as a senior
- Placed eighth at the 2023 Nike New York Region Cross Country Meet
