In High School:

• Four-year letterwinner at Penn Yan Academy
• Three-time first team all-league and first team All-State
• Finger Lakes East Player of Year and Section V Class B Player of Year as senior
• Went 7-0 with 139 strikeouts (2.5 Ks per inning) and just 13 walks as senior
• Posted 0.25 ERA after only allowing two earned runs in 54.2 IP
• Held down 1.16 career ERA with 20 wins and 425 strikeouts
• Hit .472 with six home runs as senior
• Led team to 2023 Section V Class B2 title
• Also played football
• Member of National Honor Society and Foreign Language Honor Society
• Member of High Honor Roll all four years
