- Named All-League and All-Suffolk County all four years
- Chosen as both All-New York State (NYS) and All-Long Island during his junior and senior years
- Set the school records in the 200 IM, 500 free, 100 fly and 100 back
- His club team is Three Village Swim
- A member of the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Foreign Language Honor Society and Math Honor SocietyÂ
- A NYS Scholar-Athlete all four yearsÂ

- Parents are Ami and William Savas
- Plans on majoring in biology with a concentration in pre-dentistry
