• Finished fifth on the team and 70th overall (out of 205 runners) at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 20
• Finished seventh on the team and 45th overall (out of 83 runners) at the America East Championships on Nov. 1st
• Member of America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Senior Season (2013)

• Placed 26th overall at the America East Championships on Nov. 2
• The team’s sixth runner with a 19th-place finish at the Buffalo Stampede on Sept. 21
• Finished fifth on the team and 63rd overall (out of 272 runners) at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 19
• Member of America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Junior Season (2012)

• Placed 33rd out of 151 runners at the season-ending IC4A Championships on Nov. 17
• The team’s fifth runner at the Northeast Regional Championship Meet on Nov. 9
• Was third in the 800 at the America East Indoor Track Championships
• Finished sixth in the 800 at the conference outdoor track meet
• Member of America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA

Sophomore Season (2011)

• Placed 37th overall at the America East Championships
• Finished 14th overall out of 185 runners at Albany Invitational
• Came in 39th overall out of 382 runners in the bronze race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run
• The team’s third runner at the season-opening tri meet against Cornell and Army
• Member of America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA
• Was fourth in the 800 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships and earned all-conference honors as part of the winning 4x800 relay team

2010 Season

• A redshirt season in cross country
• Placed seventh in the 800 at the America East Indoor Track Championships
• Earned all-conference honors as part of the 4x800 relay team that won the 2011 America East Outdoor Track title
• Member of America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA

Before Binghamton

• Placed seventh in the 600 at the NYS Indoor Championships as a senior and fourth in the 800 at the ensuing NYS Outdoor Meet
• A member of the National Honor Society
