2022-23 Season
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Finished 34th at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16
- Competed in four track & field meets
- Was fifth in the 3,000 at the Cornell Upstate Indoor Challenge on Jan. 21)
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll in both the fall and spring (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Senior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in eight track meets
- Qualified for the 1,500 finals at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Won the 1,500 at the Lafayette Open on March 26
- Placed second in the 3,000 at the Greg Page Indoor Relay on Dec. 4
- Was eighth in the 1,000 at the Penn State National Indoor Open on Jan. 21-22
Junior Season (2020-21)
- Competed in three track meets

- Competed in four cross country meets
- Placed eighth overall at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 18
- The team’s second runner at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 20

- Won the 1,000 at the Cornell Kane Invitational on Jan. 31
Freshman Season (2018-19)
- Competed in three cross country meets
- Was the team’s fourth runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 9
- Placed second in the 1,000 at the Marc DeNault Invitational (Feb. 16)
- Was eighth in the 800 at the Cornell Kane Invitational (Jan. 26)
- Member of the Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Member of the Fall America East Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
Before Binghamton
- Named second-team all-state by the New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) as a senior
- Helped lead his team to the New York State (NYS) Class A cross country team title
- A four-time Section IV individual champion
- Placed eighth in the 2017 NYS cross country championships and 22nd at the Nike New York Regional Meet
- Competed in the Nike Cross Country National Meet
- A member of the National Honor Society
