Career Honors
- A 2022 USTFCCCA honorable mention All-American during the outdoor track & field season
- 2019, 2021 & 2022 East Region Outdoor Track qualifier
- Has broken four minutes in the mile four times during his career, with a lifetime-best time of 3:57.47
- An eight-time America East track & field champion and the 2021 conference cross country champion
- A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in 2018 and 2021
- A 2022 COSIDA second-team Academic All-American
- A COSIDA All-District selection in 2021 & 2022
- The 2022 America East Men's Indoor Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year
- The 2022 Binghamton Athletic Department's John Bilos Award Winner for his career accomplishments
- Named an America East Presidential Scholar-Athlete for graduating with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.75
2021-22 Season
- A USTFCCCA honorable mention All-American in outdoor track, having placed 24th overall in the 5,000 at the NCAA Championships
- Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5,000, having placed sixth at the NCAA East Region Meet on May 27
- A second-team COSIDA Academic All-American
- Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in cross country with a 23rd-place finish at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet
- The America East individual cross country champion, having won the Oct. 29 conference meet
- Won his second straight America East indoor mile title and anchored the first-place Distance Medley Relay (DMR) team that broke the conference meet record
- Broke four-minutes in the mile three times during the indoor track season
- Captured his third straight America East men's outdoor 1,500 title and anchored the first-place 4x800 relay at the America East Championships
- A COSIDA Academic All-District selection for the second straight year
- Named the America East Men's Indoor Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year
- Named to all three America East All-Academic Teams (Cross Country, Indoor Track & Outdoor Track)

- Placed ninth overall in the Gold Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Cross Country Run on Oct. 1

Junior Season (2019-20) - Outdoor Season Canceled Due to COVID-19
- A medical redshirt season in cross country
- Won the mile at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned all-conference honors with a top-three finish
- Named to the America East Indoor and Outdoor All-Academic Teams
- The America East Men’s Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 14 and Jan. 28
- Ran a lifetime-best 4:00.38 in the mile at the Boston/Last Chance Meet
- Competed in the invitational mile at the Millrose Games on Feb. 8
- Broke the school record in the 5,000 (14:03.06) at the Boston Season-Opening Meet on Dec. 7
- Won the mile at the Albany Great Dane Indoor Classic on Jan. 12 with a time of 4:01.51
- Was fourth overall – and the top collegiate finisher – with a time of 7:58.22 in the 3,000 at the Boston/John Thomas Invitational on Jan. 25
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)

Sophomore Season (2018-19)

- Won the Lehigh Paul Short Bronze Race on Sept. 29, which had 362 finishers
- Finished second overall at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 8
- Advanced to the NCAA East Regional Outdoor Meet in the 5,000
- Won the 1,500 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Placed eighth in the 5,000 at the conference indoor meet
- Finished third in the 5,000 at the IC4A Outdoor Meet

Freshman Season (2017-18)
- The Bearcats’ top finisher in three meets during the cross country season
- Named the Most Outstanding Rookie after placing 16th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 28
- Finished a team-best 35th overall at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 10
- The America East Men’s Performer of the Week on Sept. 18
- Won the Buffalo Stampede on Sept. 15
- Took second place at the season-opening America East Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 2
- Placed sixth in the 5,000 and eighth in the mile at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was sixth in the 1,500 at the conference outdoor meet

2016-17 Season
- A redshirt season in cross country and track & field

- Member of the Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA
- Earned a bronze medal with a third-place finish in the 5,000 at the U.S. Junior National Outdoor Track & Field Championships
Before Binghamton
- Named first-team all-state in cross country by the New York State High School Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) as a junior and senior and was a sixth team pick as a sophomore
- Was 28th overall at the 2015 Nike National Cross Country Meet
- The 2016 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Track Federation champion in the 1,600 and was third in the 3,200
- Also placed seventh overall in the NYS Federation in the 3,200 as a junior
- The Class B outdoor track state champion in the 3,200 as a junior and senior
- A member of the National Honor Society

- Majored in electrical engineering and his master's degree in the same field and also earned his MBA
