Sophomore Season (2016-17)

• Competed in five cross country meets

• The team's top finisher in three meets, including the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 11

• Placed 36th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships on Oct. 29

• Member of the Fall America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher

• Member of the Fall A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher

• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society on April 24

• Placed seventh in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships

• Was eighth in the 10,000 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic

• Took fifth in the 5,000 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup

• Named to the Fall America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher

• Named to the Spring America East Academic Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher

• Named to both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher

Before Binghamton

• A first-team NYSSWA All-State selection as a junior and senior 

• The NYS Class D runner up as a senior as well as the Adirondack League individual champion

• Was third overall at the NYS Class D Meet as a junior

• Placed 30th overall at the 2014 NYS Federation Meet

• A member of the National Honor Society and the Senior Class Valedictorian
